easy and good



Sunday dinner

Some chicken breasts cut into serving pieces

Salt and pepper

¼ cup flour  

2 Tbsp (1/4) stick butter

2 large onions sliced thin

5 large potatoes sliced

3S?D4 cup Romano or parmesan cheese

1 Tbsp,. paprika

3/4r cup sherry

1 and ½ cup chicken broth

Season the chicken and coasgt with flour

Saute chicken in butter

Laye onions and potagtoes on top of the chicken. Top with chese, paprika

Add the sherry and chicken  broth

Cover and cook (use low heat or chicken will burn)
