Some rehab programs for stroke patients use horses to help facilitate recovery. At places like Xenophon Therapeutic Riding Center in California, clients who have had strokes start riding with side walkers and someone leading the horse. Horseback riding provides stretching exercise, which is especially good if one side has been made weaker. It also helps the person regain balance and build core strength.

This should work in any Windows word processor, text editor, browser or email client.
1. Make sure your keyboard is in NumLock mode.
2. Hold down the ALT key and enter the number on the numeric keypad. (Note that many laptops have a blue FN key that changes a set of keys, also with blue numbers on them and usually in the 7-8-9-U-I-O area, into a numeric keypad.)

’Tis the season for frequent flying — but forget checking (and paying the fee) that giant suitcase.
If you want to roll like George Clooney’s character in the movie Up in the Air, you’ve got to have your packing act together.
In the film, Ryan Bingham (Clooney) rolls with a carry-on bag from Travelpro’s Crew 7 collection.
Checking a bag, he notes with a wince, costs passengers an average of 35 minutes per flight, not to mention a fee of $20 or so.
Travelpro, based in Boca Raton, signed a deal with Paramount Pictures and provided more than 75 pieces of luggage for the film, said Scott Applebee, vice president of marketing.
The luggage takes center stage in many scenes, including one in which Clooney and his love interest, Vera Farmiga, stride side by side, rolling their Travelpro carry-ons.
Like her character, Alex, Farmiga’s bag is strong and sassy, a burgundy model from the Platinum 6 collection. (That carry-on collection, at $300 to $400 on online luggage sites, is slightly pricier than the Crew 7.)
Perhaps that’s why Travelpro has noted a boost in sales, according to Applebee — even though it’s known more for practicality than beauty, with its “add-a-bag” and “mesh clothing retention” systems.
Never before has luggage seemed so sexy onscreen.

Not to mention how Salesforce and Google get closer and closer every day. Can you imagine the day Google buys Salesforce out? Not only will they possess the largest database of websites, the largest database of user information, the largest collection of interaction data, but also the largest collection of lead-funnel data in the world.
If I told you I could see your customers, and I could see that 90% of your customers also use three other services (triangulation), and there were 1,000 customers of those three sites who aren’t currently using your service, how much would you pay to talk to those people? How about if I also told you that they’d searched for something like your product before?
How much would you pay for the search terms they used? Or for a list of websites they frequent?
I’d be willing to bet you’re thinking of a number quote close to your average revenue per lead. But what if I already know that number because you’re using my analytics and lead tracking services?
